This warranty is available only to the original commercial user of the product and is not transferable.  CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY warrants these products to be free from manufactures defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from de date products are first received by a client.

LIMITATION OF COVERAGE: This warranty does not cover normal maintenance (such as lubrication, cleaning, adjustments etc.), gasket materials, ceramic materials, light bulbs, O-rings, fuses or damage or dysfunction caused by fire, flood and like “ACTS OF GOD” that are beyond the control of CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY.

GARRATY VOID: This warranty will be considered void and will not apply, and CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY will have no obligation whatsoever, with respect to any product that has been accidentally or intentionally damaged, altered or misused including any product that have been improperly operated or not maintained in accordance with the operations instructions provided with the product, or to any product that has its serial number defaced, damaged or removed, or which has been modified or repaired using an unauthorized parts or unauthorized services agents (The only manufacture authorized service agent by CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY for the territory of Cuba is CISTUR) or to any product, project that is tampered maintance from any other service company other than CISTUR within the warranty period.

PURCHASER’S REMEDIES: CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY agrees to replace or repair at is options, any part which is proved to be defective in material or in manufactures fabrication defect. This warranty states that this is the only solution available to the purchaser with respect to these products. No other remedy or solution shall be available to the purchaser. In no time will CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY be liable for incidental, indirect loss or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or damaged property. This warranty overpasses all other warranties, conditions, representations, promises, and guarantees, express or implied. No person is authorized to make any warranty other  than those described here, or to extend duration of any warranty beyond the time described here.
